What is Heritage...Forward?

A recent survey of Honeyville residents shows that the majority of Honeyville citizens want to preserve our agricultural roots and rural setting. I believe we can do that, while at the same time wisely accepting, and adapting to, the challenges of planning for the future. 

What does it mean to have a “Heritage…Forward” mindset? Simply put, it’s a way of approaching today’s decisions that prudently preserves our heritage for future generations. 

As a Honeyville City Council member, I pledge to do all I can to build for the future without forgetting our past. I’ll bring the courage, patience, creativity, discipline, and collaboration that our forefathers used to build this place, and apply it to the best of my ability to keep Honeyville a pleasant community that honors the past and is ready for the future.
